Latex is a milky white liquid, a combination of rubber particles and water. The liquid is whipped together with air to form a foam, which is heated to produce foam rubber, or latex. The elasticy and softness of this natural foam is what gives the Sololatex its superior comfort. Latex is naturally hypoallergenic and dust-mite resistant. As the latex breathes it removes moisure from the body, it keeps you warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. Unlike Polyurethane, latex has a more dense consistancy. Latex will feel as good two years from now as it does today.
