Payments methods - Payments are strictly based on C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) basis. The cheque will only be accepted if it is current dated or otherwise agreed. A standard charge of £25. handling fee will be levied for each cheque returned by the buyers bank.

Conditions offer Delivery - Any discrepancy relating to the invoice must be notified to us within 48 hours of the delivery. Any item found damaged after delivery will only be exchanged if it is retained in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered. Home Furnishing Ltd require notification of the damaged goods immediately by telephone or fax including the reason for exchange and the invoice number within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns will not be accepted by our drivers unless authorised by our sales department. Exchanges will only be accepted with a collection note from ourselves and if correctly packaged. A credit note will be raised for use against your next invoice after inspection by our returns department.

Sales Conditions - Free delivery based on minimum order or above of £500. (Excluding VAT). The deliveries are planned on a week to week basis with at least a 24 hour notification of delivery. Upon booking in, Home Furnishing will confirm by telephone the items to be delivered and total amount to be payable to the Home Furnishing Ltd, delivery driver. If payment is not possible please inform the Home Furnishing representative at the time of booking in, 24 hours prior, in order to organise an alternative delivery date. Although most goods are available for immediate orders some products require a specific ordering period, please insure current delivery times when placing your order with us.
